1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum TWENTY NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P29,700,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2025-01-0430. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
