  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Three Pesos & 50/100 (Php 1,060,473.50), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of one (1) lot Various Aircondition for the use of the Office of the City Treasurer including dismantling of the old units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
