The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the INCOME intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (PHP3,372,320.90) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) LOT OF REVERSE OSMOSIS AND TWO (2) DIALYZER REPROCESSING UNITS WITH SINKS.
