Description : 1. The Municipality of Tubigon, through the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan (2020 General Fund - Continuing) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Microbial Bio-Remediation Assembly for the Waste Water Treatment Facility at the Tubigon Community / Identification No. 100-046-2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within a period of Sixty (60) Days. Bidders should have completed, within a 5-year period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
