1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Five Thousand
Forty Pesos (P1,635,040.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for this procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Supply,
Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Medical Equipment for Delivery Rooms
and Emergency Room (1 lot). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days.
Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and
