Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2022, intends to apply the sum of Fifty Three Million Pesos (Php53,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Main Distribution Transformers and Medium Voltage Switchgears. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The GSIS now invites bids for the abovementioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the contract effectivity date to be stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
