1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the Income (Pav) intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP14,977,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE BUILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
