1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND - 2024 intends to
apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PhP1,230,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY,
DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF GENERATOR SET AND
AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH FOR WAWA EVACUATION CENTER / NJQ
GOODS-12-2024-085. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN TWENTY(20) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have
