1. The Don Honorio Ventura State University through the Fund 05-IGF (Income) for the Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P18,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for The Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Electromechanical Training System including Power Factor Correction and AC/DC Power Circuits (Contract No. 121 - DHVSU 2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
