Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Distribution Panel Boards and Transfer Switches with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Nine Million Pesos (Php9,000,000.00). Delivery of Services is required for the period of Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The GSIS Bids and Awards Committee (GBAC) Cluster 3 for Infrastructure Projects now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Biddings pursuant to Section 53.1 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
