1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Fifty Two Thousand
Pesos (P2,952,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for this procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
CY 2026 now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY INSTALLATION AND
COMMISSIONING OF CENTRAL SUPPLY AND STERILIZATION EQUIPMENT (1
LOT). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have
