1.The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriation Act of 2022 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (Php 80,000,000.00) being the Total ABC under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Brand New MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) SCANNER, 1.5 TESLA Superconducting with RF and Magnetic Shielding, Accessories and Air-conditioning Systems .
Unit Cost indicated in the Bid Tender is the ABC. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MHARSMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion Period is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Site Readiness Certificate. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last five (5) years, with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
