The ISABELA CITY WATER DISTRICT through the CORPORATE OPERATING BUDGET 2023 approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF BILLING AND COLLECTION SOFTWARE WITH CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MODIFIED MODULES FOR THE FINANCE AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES DIVISION per P.R. No. 025-01-23.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
