1) The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, through the Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php15,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning, of Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator and Patient Monitor under IB No. 2025-23 BAC A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
