1. The Provincial Government of Biliran through General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million
Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos (Php7,499,910.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and
Commissioning of 11 Sets Air Handling Unit (AHU), 10HP, 230V, 3 Phase for Provincial Civic Center.
Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
