1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025, as approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱230,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND CALIBRATION OF SOUND SYSTEM WITH WIRELESS GOOSENECK MICROPHONES, AUDIO MIXER, AND TOWER SPEAKERS WITH SUBWOOFER FOR CONFERENCE AND EVENT USE UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 25-1191. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
