  The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OF ACOUSTIC IMPROVEMENT OF THE NCDA BOARD ROOM, MEETING ROOM AND MULTI-PURPOSE HALL through Small Value Procurement in accordance in the Section 34 of Republic Act No. 12009.
