The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for 2026- SAAD intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php9,915,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 2026- SAAD-01 as follows:
