INVITATION TO BID FOR (SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLE FOR SUPPORT TO PHIL ARMY LITERACY PATROL SYSTEM (ALPS) OF MPOC)

1. The Municipality of Loreto Agusan del Sur, through the General Funds intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Twenty Pesos (Php 300,020.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF FUEL FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLE FOR SUPPORT TO PHIL ARMY LITERACY PATROL SYSTEM (ALPS) OF MPOC Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Loreto Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
