  Description : 29600 LITERS Diesel (Goods for 12 months) , ABC 67.30/liter
  100 LITERS Gasoline (Good for 12 months) , ABC 70.20/liter
  1. The ENTITY shall issue a gas slip address to the SERVICE PROVIDER
  indicating the plate number of the vehicle, the quantity and the name
  of the driver or bearer. The latte shall put in priority list the latter
  for all fuels needs;
  2. The price shall be based on the prevailing prices as posted in
  the SERVICE PROVIDER'S establishment less all allowable discount or
  promo;
  3. THE SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide monthly bill to the ENTITY attaching
  copies of gas slip; official receipt and summary of collections;
  4. The terms of this contract shall be period of one (1) year shall commence upon
  the signing of this Agreement subject to renewal at the end of the year upon the
  OPTION of the ENTITY. The ENTITY shall have the right to terminate the
  AGREEMENT upon written notice without being liable for any pre-termination
  penalty or damage except only to pay the accrued unpaid blling statement, if any;
