OF PURCHASED ORDER.
4.BIDDER MAY QUOTE FOR ANY OR ALL THE ITEMS.
5. PRICE QUOUTATION, TO BE DOMINATED IN PHILIPPINE PESO SHALL INCLUDE ALL TAXES, DUITIES AND /OR
LEVEIS PAYABLE.
6. QUOTATION EXXCEEDING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT SHALL BE REJECTED.
7.AWARD OF CONTRACT SHALL BE MADE OF THE LOWEST QUOTATION (FOR GOODS AND INSFRACTURE) OR, THE HIGHEST RATED OFFER (FOR CONSULTING SERVICE) WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE MININUM TECHNICAL SPECIFIFATION AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN,
8. THE ITEM/S SHALL BE DELIVEERED WITHIN CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF PURCHASE ORDER AT KIBAWE NHS-MAIN.
