The DOH - Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (1,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Fabrication and Installation of Modular Partition and Office Furniture and Equipment for Mentally-Ill Chemical Abusers (MICA) Building (RE-BID) with Reference Number: DOH-MTRC-B-03-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
