1. The Municipal Government of Malita, through the MHO - Dietary Supplement for Nutritionally at Risk Pregnant Women and 6-23 mos. Stunted Children (Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Four and Five Tenths Pesos Only (Php 502,424.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Dietary Supplement For Nutritionally at Risk Pregnant Women and 6-23 mos. Stunted Children / M2506-461. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Malita, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
