1.The Local Government Unit of Burgos, through the budget from General Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 25,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Demo Farm and Carpentry Supplies, Burgos, Surigao del Norte / Contract No. B-06-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Burgos now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Demo Farm and Carpentry Supplies, Burgos, Surigao del Norte. Delivery of Goods is required to be completed 30 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed.
