1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the 20% DF - 2025 intends to apply
the sum of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS
(PhP332,085.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY DELIVERY
OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF MRF BUILDING AND
CONSTRUCTION OF LEACHATE CHAMBER / NJQ-GOODS-11-2025-076. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN TWENTY-EIGHT(28) CALENDAR DAYS.
