1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the SUPPLEMENTAL FUND - 2024
intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
TWENTY-SEVEN PESOS AND FIFTY-FIVE CENTS (PhP 247,227.50) being the ABC to
payments under the contract for the SUPPLY DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
FOR THE REHABILITATION AND REPAIR OF VARIOUS FACILITIES IN MATERIAL RECOVERY
FACILITY (MRF) / NJQ-GOODS-11-2024-082. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
