Tender are invited for SUPPLY, DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BARNGAY DAY CARE CENTER BARANGAY CABARUAN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA.

Description : 1. The BARANGAY CABARUAN OF CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA, through the 20% EDF OF THE BARANGAY FUND 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY - TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN PESOS AND 52/100 (Php 142,317.52) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROJECT: IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY DAY CARE CENTER BARANGAY CABARUAN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY CABARUAN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABLELA is now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Five (5) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
