1. The Laguna State Polytechnic University, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand (Php 2,540,000.00) pesos only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Two (2) Indoor LED Walls with Sound System and Associated Equipment for the University Gymnasium and Board Room LSPU Siniloan Campus/LSPUSinC 2025-003PB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
