1. In view of two (2) failed competitive biddings, The Local Government Unit of Burgos invites suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement, “Supply & Delivery of Common Use-Supplies in the LGU-Burgos, SDN in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Approved Budget for Contract is P 390,000.00.
