  INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
  
  SUPPLY, DELIVERY, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF FIRE TRUCK FOR BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION
  
  1. The City of Caloocan, through the Trust Fund - BFP 20%Share on fire codes, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱17,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Fire Truck For Bureau Of Fire Protection.
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids.
  
  2. The City of Caloocan now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Commissioning And Testing Of Fire Truck For Bureau Of Fire Protection. Delivery of goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project which is at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
