Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery and Unloading of Timbers for Mine 4 Coal Project (“Project”). Delivery of goods shall be within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Purchase Order and the Notice to Proceed to PNOC EC Mine 4 Project Site, Brgy. La Dicha, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.

Proposals together with the conformed Technical Specifications may be delivered to the address below or email at jccamino@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before July 21, 2025, not later than 1:00 p. m. Late submission shall not be accepted.
