Supply, Delivery and Testing of Various ICT Equipment

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the DOST-GIA intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand pesos (Php500,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Testing of Various ICT Equipment under PR 2025-01-0063 | IB 2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot A Supply, Delivery and Testing of 1 unit Desktop Computer with Accessories Php100,000.00
Lot B Supply, Delivery and Testing of 4 units Laptop Computer with Accessories Php400,000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
