High Performance Desktop Computer with Accessories

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the DOST GIA - Vote III Project 2 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1,000,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Testing of Two (2) sets High Performance Desktop Computer with Accessories, PR 2025-02-0124| IB 2025-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
