1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the DOST-GIA 2024-111 Project 3 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (Php1,505,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Testing of Storage Servers and Laptops, PR 2025-03-0210 | IB 2025-20.

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
