SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF ONE (1) LOT TRANSCRANIAL MAGNETIC STIMULATION (TMS) MACHINE AND TMS NAVIGATION INCLUDING CONSULTANT TRAINING

1. The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), through the Fund 164 - Reprogrammed Funds August 2022 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php19,000,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) Lot Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Machine and TMS Navigation Including Consultant Training Project Reference No.: BAC1-2023-10-0081. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
