Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR),throughthe 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P4,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Testing of Egg Incubator and Generator in Support to Livestock Program (LEED Project). Bids received in excess of theABC shall be automatically rejected atbid opening.

2. The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is stated in SectionVI.Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year from the date of submissionandreceipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in theBiddingDocuments, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary“pass/fail”criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA)No. 9184.
