Scope of work
1. Pick up of defective transformer at NIA Campsite Ambatali,
Ramon, Isabela to repair site
2. Rewinding of Low Voltage and High Voltage windings
3. Baking
4. Asssembly/replacement of gaskets and terminals
5. Refilling with new insulating oil
6. Re-paint
7. Conduct standard test after assembly
8. Photos taken before disassembly, during disassembly
and repair and after reassembly of Transformer rewinding
9. Delivery from repair worksite and back to NIA Campsite
