Description : The Pasay City Government - Pasay City General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee, , and in accordance with the provision of RA9184 and RA12009 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 147,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the project: “Supply, delivery and printing of 12,000 pcs OUT-PATIENT FORM PINK CARDS for CY2025 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital” chargeable against the General Fund CY2025.
The Pasay City Government BAC now requests the quotation for the project: Supply, delivery and printing of 12,000 pcs OUT-PATIENT FORM PINK CARDS for CY2025 requirement of Pasay City General Hospital. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of price quotations.
