Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Wheels for Locomotive

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2018 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱31,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Wheels for Locomotive. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Wheels for Locomotive. The scope of work shall be the supply, delivery, installation of brand new wheels and to ensure that the materials meet the required standard and specification. Completion of all works under the contract is required within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
