Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

PROJECT TITLE: Supply Delivery and Installation of Water tanks and Pumps with Complete Accessories and Wires

LOCATION: Cagayan Valley Medical Center

Clearing: This shall include clearing the project for obstructions. The work is to be coordinated with CVMC Engineers

Disposal: This shall include removal of all debris and concrete that were removed which shall be disposed of to designated sites by any suitable means as approved by CVMC Engineers.

Water tanks and Pumps with Accessories:
• 1 set Heavy Duty 10,000 Liters Stainless Steel Tank with frame including ladder and accessories.
• 1 set Heavy Duty 500 Liters Bladder Tank with Pedestal including Accessories.
• 2 sets 3phase 3Hp Goulds Booster Pump including Steel Frame pedestal and accessories.

Electrical Connections and Breakers
To be tapped to existing Panel Board identified by CVMC Engineer.

Automatic Control Switch
