INVITATION TO BID FOR: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Volleyball Sports Flooring and Equipment at Toledo Sports Center (Megadome)

1. The City Government of Toledo under the Capital Outlay CY 2020 (Continuing) Other PPE - has appropriated the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE PESOS (Php2,145,969.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Volleyball Sports Flooring and Equipment at Toledo Sports Center (Megadome). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
