P.R. No. MC2025-03-0007 - Supply, Delivery and Installation of Virtual Anatomy Table and Plastinated Specimens for the College of Medicine at BPSU Main Campus

1. The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the Retained Income Fund (RIF) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php5,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Virtual Anatomy Table and Plastinated Specimens for the College of Medicine at BPSU Main Campus Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bataan Peninsula State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery Period is 45 Calendar Days upon the commencement date indicated in the NTP.
