REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 34 of RA 12009 and its IRR) for the “Supply, delivery and installation of video conference equipment for the CBP Room” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ONE PESOS ONLY (PhP1,160,501.00).

Submission of proposals, including Mayor-s/Business Permit, PhilGEPS Registration Number, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS), and Latest Income Tax Return*, addressed to Dr. Melvin B.
