1. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (₱282,000.00) for LOT No. 1 - Stackable Conference Room Chairs (ITB 2025-05-009-A), Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (₱328,000.00) for LOT No. 2 - Conference Table with Lunette (ITB 2025-05-003-B), and Thirty-Four Thousand Pesos Two Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos & 56/100 Cents Only (₱34,253.56) for LOT No. 3 - Hanging Glass Whiteboard (ITB 2025-05-009-C) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for sixty (60) calendar days for all lots.
