Description : Section I. Invitation to Bid
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT
1) The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) through the GAA CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (Php6,015,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Laboratory Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Laboratory Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery schedule in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
