1. The University of the Philippines Baguio (UP Baguio), through the Special Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million, Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos and Eighty Centavos Only (Php 1,498,962.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Genuine and Brand-New IT Equipment with Bid Reference No. UPB-GOODS-2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
