General Conditions:
1. A representative of the Procuring Entity shall assist the Contractor-s technician while carrying out the activity.
2. Technical Supervisor shall be provided by the contractor to ensure the quality of service rendered.
3. All works shall conform to the accepted standards.
4. The Contractor shall be responsible for any accidental damages to the air-conditioning units during the actual performance of their job.
5. Ocular site/inspection is required for the issuance of Certificate of Appearance.
