Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS AIRCONDITIONING UNITS INCLUDING ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS AT SELECTED AREAS ON THE HOSPITAL
1. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through the 2025 Income Fund intends to apply the sum of ₱ 8,573,422.45 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Airconditioning Units including Electrical Requirements at Selected Areas on the Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
