1. The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital, through the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only [Php 3,500,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF THREE (3)-STAGE COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one hundred twenty (120) days. Bidders should have completed, within five [5] years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
