1. The Bureau of Animal Industry, through the GAA Fund (FY 2023 Continuing Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,300,000.00) to the payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR CEFA SITE ZAMBALES - BATCH 3 (6 LOTS) under IB No. CEFA-SB-2024-029 for six (6) lots described as follows:
